It has really hit a nerve in a short time frame with membership quickly approaching 3,000.

This was the first time I've given this presentation and I really enjoyed putting it together and sharing with the Omaha genealogists.

At the end of the session, I invited participants to share stories about some of the black sheep in their families. And a show of hands indicated that we ALL have our share of murderers, suicides, ne'er do wells and other black sheep in our family histories.

On March 24, I will be talking about Using OneNote for Genealogy at the Sunday afternoon meeting of the Lincoln-Lancaster County Genealogical Society's technology interest group. Lincoln, Nebraska

On April 7, I will be participating at the Senior Chautauqua hosted by the Lincoln 55+ Seniors newspaper at the Center for People in Need in Lincoln, Nebraska.

On April 20, I will be sharing information about using FindAGrave.com and other free cemetery web sites. This will be at the Family History Center Open House, Lincoln, Nebraska.
